Kareena Kapoor's on-screen pet in Golmaal 3 has been named Facebook by the director Rohit Shetty. The dog's real name is Jerry (Image 1) which is the same one which had been seen earlier in 'All The Best' and 'Sunday'.


The Social Network, an upcoming comedy-drama film directed by David Fincher about the founding of Facebook, is adapted from Ben Mezrich's (Image 2) 2009 book 'The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding Of Facebook, A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius, and Betrayal'.

The original concept for Facebook was borrowed from a product produced by Zuckerberg's prep school Phillips Exeter Academy, (Image 3) which for decades published and distributed a printed manual of all students and faculty, unofficially called the "face book".
